And because you have total control in making these remedies, you are guaranteed a natural skin care treatment devoid of unwanted chemicals or additives. Here are three natural recipes for skin care that you can enjoy. Recipe One: Here's a simple, all natural wrinkle remover. All you need for this recipe is a few seedless grapes. Take a grape and cut it in half. Take half of the grape and crush it slightly on your face and your neck. Make sure that you do not forget the lines around your mouth and the "crows feet" lines that are usually the most noticeable. You may have to use several grapes depending on your facial area. Let the grape juices sit on your skin for about twenty minutes then rinse your skin with lukewarm water and pat dry. Use this method everyday and to reduce the signs of wrinkles. Recipe Two: The all natural strawberry exfoliant. What you will need are some big, ripe, strawberries. Try to use organically grown strawberries or self-grown strawberries that are growth hormone and insecticide free. Mash the strawberries into a red paste. Spread the mashed strawberries on your skin and let sit for about ten minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. After you gently wash off the strawberry exfoliant, pat dry your skin, taking care not to rub it and enjoy smoother, more radiant skin! Recipe Three: This is a recipe for cleansing milk that is great for all skin types. This recipe requires several herbs. The first herb you will need are the flowers off two heads of elderflower. Next you will need a sprig of thyme. The last ingredient you will need is three quarters of a pint of skimmed milk. Once you have all of your ingredients, mix them together in an earthenware or enamel cookware container (do not use metal). Bring the herbs and the milk slowly to a boil and then let simmer for about fifteen minutes. Then take the mixture off the burner and let it sit for three hours. Strain out the leftover flowers and thyme and put cleansing milk in the refrigerator. Use the mixture within the next two days. When you are ready to use the milk mixture, soak a couple cotton-wool pads in it and gently rub on the skin. Leaves skin feeling fresh and silky smooth. Using these three natural recipes for skin care, you can now enjoy a low-cost, all natural skin care alternative that is both good for your skin as well as the environment.
