Besides the existing less costly and modern printing methods out there, there are also some tips and techniques you may want to know about to keep that color in your prints but still keep up with the budget you set.

1. Creating another color with the use of the available ones.

Today, before your project is printed, you have a choice of choosing the paper stock it will be printed on. With the changes in printing comes the changes in the paper color production. White is not the only option you can choose from.

The paper color that blends well with your printing project can help compliment a simple design and make it appear more lively. And to think, no additional cost was needed to have that color.

3. Color tints.

One color that has different tints used will appear to be of different shade. This is the effect that tinting can do. The colors available can be made to look more by putting some tint on them.

By experimenting and learning the proper way of tinting, you can produce a lot of color. Learn the art of tinting.

4. Consider duotones.

A duotone photo is the kind of photo that is printed in only two colors. Having it printed in two colors does not make it less colorful than other color photos. The trick is for you to experiment on the effects that these colors can bring.

Lighter and darker ones usually have drastic changes on the prints.
