I only mentioned what can be bad motives for desiring to make comic books. There are of course good motives for desiring to create comic books. I usually consider good motives to be anything that would cause you to last in the field despite experiencing discouraging and disappointing times with the comic. Things would not always work out the way you planned and people would not always like what you make. But know that if you made your comic book with the right intentions you would endure and just might experience success with what you*ve created.
