Recognition: Recognize that you are not living in a void. You are surrounded by the Creative Mind of the universe, which receives your thought embodied in your words and sets to work to carry them out into material form.
Relationship: Consciously unify with the Creative Mind, knowing that you, and this Universal Force or Mind are all one. There can never be any separation between them.
Reasoning: To arrive at this inner certainty, dissolve all doubts. Go through a process of reasoning to arrive at this certainty.
Realization: Once you have arrived at the point where you realize your inner perfection, you shall know it, because you�ll have arrived at a place of quiet, calm assurance.
Release: You are not responsible for the outcome of the treatment. Your only responsibility is to build a clear picture in your mind of the perfection of yourself, and to remove all doubts about that perfection. You now release this picture to the Creative Mind or The Force.
Rejoice: Give thanks for your success in healing, not to influence how Mind works but to confirm your belief that the entire situation is resolved in exactly the right and ideal way.
The same principle applies to your thoughts. As soon as you start to think, you start brain cells vibrating. Energy is released, therefore, in the form of electrons which travel out according to the intensity of the thought involved. Whoever stops that energy, is affected by it. But bear in mind, the only thing which stops a thought, is that which resonates with that thought.
