If you want some names of good acupuncturists in your area, check with your doctor or your herbalist. They should be able to refer you to competent professionals. Be sure to check your acupuncturist's credentials, as there are some good national acupuncture organizations that may help narrow your search. You may be able to find some websites that list these acupuncturists in your area. Remember that your acupuncturist is not a doctor, so they cannot offer you a diagnosis for your joint pain. They can only offer you pain relief.
