2) Pay per lead. This is about the same, but used more for marketing lists.

3) Pay per sale. When someone "clicks through" a link on your site and purchases, you get a much bigger piece of the pie.

Of all the burgeoning ways to make money at home online, affiliate marketing is proving to be the most versatile, productive and accessible. In the past, (meaning just a few years ago), it was a much more complicated feat to make money online with an affiliate programe. Today, merchants and vendors tend to make it pretty easy for you.

Remember the basics of any good small business startup policy, and you'll make mony online. Read, don't jump. Do the homework your competitors shun. And keep at it, no matter what.
