The customer is the most important part in your business and you have to let them know how important and special they are.

Then comes the question of reliability. You need to meet the requirements and the expectations of the customer. Your relationship with the customer does not begin and end with the product. You need to ensure that you give your customer the confidence to back to you and make them understand that you are reliable enough. Always interact with the customers to know their preferences and their needs so that you can keep up to them.

When it comes to advertising, it is all about winning the customer's trust in the product. If your customer understands that you are reliable, you will get great advertising from them as well! And remember that there is nothing like the customer referring someone to you once in a while.
