Many recreational facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, jogging tracks, and sports room may be provided in the apartments and the care and maintenance is taken care by association.

Single houses and mansions often the houses are separated and we can furnish the exteriors and the interiors according to our choice. There is more privacy these houses are costlier than other type of houses.

Having made the choice about type of the house we should contact the property agent of repute who will represent our interests often these people represent the seller and are interested in their own commissions. He will show us many houses and one may get confused about making a choice. One good idea is to take a digital camera and photograph the houses. The photographs may be reviewed at home for making the correct choice. Alternately professional's help should be taken for inspection of the house. Finance could be arranged by pre approved or pre qualified mortgage of the house.

Initially seller makes an agreement to sell the house and the buyer deposits some money with him. On the closing day the buyer makes the full payment and obtains the key of the house and gets ownership of the house transferred in his name.
