While a low carb diet is effective, the best eating plan is one that rotates from low calories one day, medium calories the next, and high calories the next. This is called calorie rotation and it is very efficient in helping your body to burn fat while keeping much needed muscle. Plus, you won't feel hungry or deprived all the time because you can actually eat real food that tastes good.
Learn to Love Water ' This can be a toughie. The experts say we should all be drinking at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water each day for our health. Trust me, I'm no water drinker, but I have learned to love drinking water more ' although I'm not up to 8 glasses yet.
