They must consume a breakfast of cereals made of barley, bran or oats, whole-wheat bread, sour dough, stone-ground floor, amount of potato should be reduced, rice especially Basmati or Doongara and eating a lot of salads and vegetables with Vinaigrette dressing.

The important thing is to limit the consumption of sugar and fat in your food and also reduce the intake of saturated fat. Also the intake of alcohol, caffeine, and salt should be limited by the diabetic patient to keep a check on blood sugar level.

Doing regular exercise also keep a health check on diabetic people. It helps maintain healthy weight, blood sugar control and provide more energy to the people. Unfortunately, these simple and effective suggestions are not followed by many people who suffer from the problem of blood sugar or diabetes.

The doctor can perfectly determine the kind of medication you need to be given which will prove extremely beneficial for your health.

Diabetic people need to go for regular check ups for blood sugar level so as to avoid too fast dropping of blood sugar or increasing blood sugar at a raid manner because this may result in serious health problems to the people. The best way to keep blood sugar under control is to drop it gradually and attain a long healthy life through natural means under the supervision of your doctor.
