So you can avoid future problems with your employees, make sure that you are being the boss that you ought to be. Learn to be in good terms with all your employees. You can start by looking in deeper to their goals in life or even to just their expectations while working under your establishment. Once you have initiated that *bond* with them, they have one good motivation to go to work everyday. In terms of your employees doing their tasks daily, compliment when you know they*re doing well. If you think they*re not, don*t treat them rudely. One thing that you shouldn*t do is to treat them terribly. The greatest deed you can do for your employees as a boss would be to reward them for doing a great job. Recognizing their accomplishments for doing great on their tasks is one thing, but rewarding them for it is even more inspiring. You'll be surprised by how efficient your employees are going to be when they know that they*re appreciated for their work. Managers aren*t exempted. The things applied to your employees are still the same things that managers need and in giving those perks or rewards, go for something that they*d really be looking forward to.
