If you are fortunate enough to get a blackjack, you usually win 1 and a half times your original bet. The dealer will always hit until their hand totals 17 or higher. If you receive two cards that are the same, you are able to split the pair into two hands. This also doubles the bet as each new hand has the same worth of the original bet.

Also, a basic online Blackjack rules, you can no longer split after the first move. You also cannot play on two Aces after you have used them in a split. You are able to double on a hand that has resulted from a split. This will enable you to triple or even quadruple your bet.
