Or at least, not enough to driveyou more. Here are some reasons you could add to the mix: First you should ask yourself -"What are the reasons that "I" want to build muscleand fitness?" Create a small list of the benefits of working out,which helps drive you even more than just that onebenefit of 'building muscle and fitness'. Benefitssuch as -- * Build healthy muscle These are the reasons for training. Buildingmuscle and fitness is very broad. You need to bespecific about what you want. Then when you areperforming any exercise, you need to keep thosereasons in mind at the time. This leads to -- Bodybuilding Tip - Part 2:Reasons on their own are not strong enough tokeep your mind on the ball. You need to keepthem in mind everytime you train. That way you areless likely to lose focus and think about everythingelse, except your training. How do you do this? Imagine seeing your muscle flex as you do aparticular exercise. Feel it. Work it in your mind.After all, muscle and fitness is not just a physicalthing... it's also a mind game. Mind and bodyworking as one. That's the ultimate training tool.
