Ice Cold Treatment Your best bet in relieving the pain caused by tendonitis is ice or anything frozen that is clean and practical. These tension release techniques will allow sufficient blood circulation to your neck, shoulders, and upper limbs which will enable your tendons and muscles to deal with the wear and tear that is brought about by strenuous activities and sudden overuse of tendons.
