You can start one of these on your own website but you may also be able to visit other forums and answer questions there as well. Many of these will allow you to have a link in your signature line provided it is not too commercial in nature. Just make sure that you're offering good information to these people that are asking questions and they will want to come over to your website to see what else you have to offer.

As long as people are surfing the Internet looking for information, you can capitalize on that by offering them the answers that they are looking for. Make sure that you're including links back to your website and enjoy the benefits that taking the time to answer their questions will give you.
