These kinds of systems have existed in the past, but they charged a lot of money per customer. You could create your own system yourself, but you had to know a LOT about web design and, in the end, you had to do a lot of selling yourself.

That aspect eventually turned most people away to the point that most of the MLMs and affiliate programs have been having a hard time finding new members.
