Multi tasking comes to mind. Getting your kids to help out while you work is one way to multi-task. Spread out chores if they are old enough. Cook while you get caught up on the phone and so on.

2. Maintain your sanity by being around people whenever you can. Take a walk or go to the park. Go out to lunch once a month with your best friend. Also get out of the house with your kids. Doing things away from home let's them know that you are paying attention to them away from where you work. Your home.

3. Learn to delegate. Good managers do it at work and you will have to learn to do it when you work from home. Your husband can run errands in his spare time. Depending on the type of work you are doing from home you may be able to delegate some of these responsibilities as well.
