It's no joke, Good jobs are getting harder to find with many high paying jobs going over-seas and American manufacturing disappearing. there was a time when a man with a high school education could get a high-paying job at a factory and be able to support a wife and kids without mom working. I know first hand how hard it can be. I have been a controls technician in manufacturing for many years and have seen my wage gradually decrease, my working hours increase and what's even worse, the respect and appreciation I once got for a job well-done go down the drain.
