How To Beat Speeding Tickets - Articles Surfing

Getting a speeding ticket is one of the worst feelings in the world. It's embarrassing, drains your pockets because of large fines, and causes so much grief for you and your family.

You need to stop letting the county and court's take your money and take action now! Did you know the average speeding ticket costs a person over $1200.00 over the course of 2 years? There are many ways to fight speeding tickets, finding the right method is hard.

Let me give you a great piece of advice. You're going 75 mph in a 45 mph zone. The officer pulls you over and asks License and registration please? The next question the officer will ask is, do you know what you were pulled over for? Even if you do, you need to lie to the officer. Your response should be I HAVE NO IDEA! NEVER ADMIT GUILT. The police officer wants you to admit guilt so you stand no chance in court. Once you admit you're guilty and even if your not, you have a slim to none chance of your case winning. It is possible to still win, but very unlikely since you have pretty much admitted already that you are guilty.

How to beat a speeding ticket in court is very easy if you know the proper procedure. The first thing you need to do is dress extremely nice when you enter that court room. I mean you need to be wearing a top of the notch suite and die or a dress if you are a woman. Secondly, you need to act professional and respectful to the judge and officers. Even if you know the last officer busted you for speeding even if you really weren't and he just needed to make his speeding scam quota for the month. Once inside the court room and the judge asks how you want to plea, the ONLY WAY TO PLEA IS NOT GUILTY!!! You are innocent until PROVEN guilty. The police officer has to PROVE you are guilty beyond reasonable doubt that you committed a crime. If the police officer fails to prove you committed a crime beyond a reasonable doubt or if the police officer fails to show up to court you are going to be scott free! There is no better feeling than walking into court and winning your case in front of the judge and seeing the look on the officer's face! Now justice is served, and you can sleep easy at night knowing you fought the law and the law didn't win! It reminds me of that one song 'I fought the law, and the law one' sucks to be them, because you fought the law and YOU WON! Don't let yourself be the next person getting a traffic ticket, know your rights and stand up for yourself. County's make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year through unlawful issuing of traffic tickets of all kinds. Parking, red light, and stop sign tickets are just to name a few. Finally, you can say justice is served by following this advice.
