Build Your Business On Forums - Articles Surfing

Do Traffic Exchanges really work? They sure do! By following the steps outlined in this article, to the letter, you will learn how to use Traffic Exchanges effectively.

Step 1: Join the Top 10 Traffic Exchange programs. Now with all the Exchanges out there and new ones popping up daily, how do you know the top 10? That's easy! You will find this information by using a great tool available to you for free, that will keep you current on the Top 10. This site is updated every Tuesday, giving you the information you need to be sure you are working the best Exchanges to promote your business. (more on this in a bit) We will call this tool your main program.

Step 2: Once you have joined the Main Program, sign up for the Top 10 Exchanges listed and follow the instructions given exactly. As you join each Exchange, make note of the ID# or username for each as you will need to have that handy.

Step 3: Now that you have completed the signup process in Step 2, it's time to set up your individual Exchanges and start driving traffic to your website. On each exchange you will need to add your URL for the business you are promoting to have it included in the rotation of websites other surfers are viewing. You will also add a second URL and that is the link to the Main Program you set up in Step 1. Why? Because by adding the URL of the Main Program, to be included in the rotation, you are referring others to all your Traffic Exchange referral links for the Top 10 that you have joined. As others sign up through your referral links, you will receive credits from each Exchange for the referral and additional credits every time one of your personally sponsored members surfs the Exchange. This will become your surfing team so to speak, and the more credits your team earns the more you can promote your own website.

Step 4: Getting set up to surf and earn new credits. Until you have enough members on your team adding credits to your account, you too will want to surf for credits. (Some Exchanges require you to surf weekly or monthly to remain active) This is done by viewing other websites of the other members of the Traffic Exchanges. The more credits you have the more your own website will be viewed by other members. Now to make the most of your surfing time, you can surf all 10 Exchanges at once. You can do this by using Tab Surfing. You will need a browser such as Mozilla Firefox (my favorite) or the latest version of IE 7.0. Using Mozilla will allow you to open all 10 exchanges in one window, each with its own tab. As you begin to open your surfing links, just click on File at the top of your browser and select--Open in New Tab. Once you have opened all 10, be sure to bookmark this page as a group so you are able to open all the exchanges, in one window with separate tabs, each time you want to surf for credits. Now get busy surfing by clicking on a tab, performing the necessary action and moving on to the next tab and repeat. Once you reach the end of the 10, start over at he beginning.

One last note -- be sure to check each Exchange to see if you need to manually assign the credits you earn or if it is done automatically. If the process is manual assign, do this at the end of each surfing session. If you will surf all 10, at least 1 hour per day, you will see good results. You are gaining traffic to your business website and also to the Main Program to help you increase your credits earned. Remember, the more credits you earn, the more traffic you will drive to your website.

Happy Surfing!
