Providing unique articles that search engines demand and visitors require is one of the most important tasks for webmasters. You can accomplish that task by writing your own articles or hiring a ghost writer to write them for you.

Unfortunately, although writing article yourself is the least expensive method, it may not be an easy task to do because of time restraints or you meet difficulties to put your thoughts into words. On the other hand hiring a ghost writer could cost you several hundred dollars for only 20 or 25 articles.

The good news is that you can use articles with private label rights for this purpose. While the articles may be used by others you are entitled to use them without crediting the original author. But the PLR contents should be rewritten first before placing them on your website.

Here are the steps on how to do it:

- After you find it, copy the article to Microsoft Word. Use the Search and Replace feature to change the word boat to car.

- Now click Tools and then click Auto Summarize. This tool will pick several main sentences from the article.

- Then use Thesaurus ( Tools => Language => Thesaurus ) to alter the summarized content above. Select a word you want to change and find its synonyms. Repeat this step for other words. There are many different ways to say the same thing using the English language.

- Now go through and insert your own sentences before, after and within that summarized content. Add some new points, present some more facts and so on.

- Check the result. Although you can use various programs to change or spin an article into something else you will probably still need to tweak it to make sure it makes sense.

Taking advantage of the built in features provided by Word Processor and adding your own words can turn a private label article into creative quality content. Spending time and money wisely are important when running any business.
