This instrument is handy because it can not only measure your customers' tyres, but it can help deflate them if they have accidentally put too much air in. This is important because too much air in a tyre is as dangerous as too little.

Digital tyre gauges also do the job for your customer, by reading air pressure and giving an easy-to-read digital read-out. Digital gauges are a little more expensive, but they are very attractive and accurate. You can also get tyre gauges as parts of gift sets or emergency kits.
