This might not be the quality eyeglass cleaner that you can get from your eye doctor or optical store, but it will do the job nicely and is much better than soap and water, or saliva.

Many people spit on their glasses and then clean them with the tails of their shirts or a napkin rather than using an affordable lens spray. This is a very bad idea. You won't have to replace it very often. Your glasses are a large investment, even on a vision insurance plan you cannot replace them more than one time a year. Don't risk it, buy a quality, affordable lens spray to protect your investment.
