Exercise will help in your blood's circulation which will ensure that every cell in your body is properly nourished. Acne is embarrassing especially for teenagers or young adults. It is difficult to socialize if your face is full of pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. This can take a huge toll on your child's psyche or even your own self-esteem.
