Some patients have seen good results by taking ginger on a daily basis either fresh or in their tea, it was said by them to reduce the swelling and the inflammation. Claw of a cat or Claw of the devil, your choice. Cat's claw or Devil's claw are two herbs that are also known to reduce the swelling, pain and inflammation of the joints. Specially Devil's claw is known for improving mobility in the joints that are affected this way a patient can reduce the amount of the regular medication that they take to treat their rheumatoid arthritis. Devil's claw has to be taken in for several months to start showing it's high potential. You should always ask for advice from someone who is a specialist in this field of herbs, only a person who is dealing with alternative medicine on a daily basis can give you the right advice for your specific disease and the treatment you need.
