Even though problem blushers wouldn't wish their debilitating problem on anyone else, it can be reassuring to know that they are not alone, and to realize that there are other people who understand what they go through on a regular basis. 5 Similarities Among Excessive Blushers 1. Blushing episodes come on with no warning, for no apparent reason, and cannot be controlled. If you feel that you are completely alone when it comes to your blushing symptoms, fears, concerns, and stress, you are wrong. While excessive blushing isn't the most common condition in the world, it isn't a rare one either. While knowing that other people share your problem won't lessen the symptoms you experience, it can be somewhat comforting to know that you are not alone. If you suffer with problem blushing, it's important to realize that you aren't the only person who is coping with the symptoms and consequences of excessive blushing. Knowing that other people have symptoms similar to yours can help you overcome your feeling of total isolation and loneliness. By coming to the realization that you aren't alone, you are likely to experience relief from your constant feelings of anxiety and stress. You just might experience a lessening of your blushing symptoms as your sense of isolation begins to diminish.
