You shouldn't just look at profit. Instead, you need to look at all the numbers in your business as well. This can seem like an overwhelming task. So which numbers should you focus on? Are there certain numbers that you should look at daily, weekly, or monthly? Following are a list of numbers that top Internet businesses examine on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze these numbers on a daily basis: 1. Money levels in bank account. 2. Number of items that were sold. 3. The type of items that were sold. Analyze these numbers on a weekly basis: 1. Total Revenue from the month till that date. 2. Amount of expenses for the month. 3. Revenue ' Expenses = Profit/Loss. Is this number positive or negative? From a sales perspective (weekly basis): 1. The number of appointments booked by my team. 2. The amount of money brought in by my team. From a marketing perspective (weekly basis): 1. Search my name on the Internet. How many times is my name out there? 2. The number of subscribers that week. 3. The number of articles that were submitted and created. 4. The number of joint ventures that were created. 5. The number of times I posted to my Blog. 6. The number of back links that I have. 7. Analyze all of these numbers and look at profit and conversions. Analyze these numbers on a monthly basis: 1. Look at all the numbers from year-to-date. 2. Forecast the numbers for next month. Do you track these numbers? This is a great guideline to help you examine your business activities each day. You can find areas where you need improvement. For example, are you not setting up enough appointments each week for joint ventures? Is your squeeze page effective or ineffective? Take a close look at your business and see where your strengths and weaknesses exist. Then take care of them and enjoy improved profit and efficiency.
