ITS A MYTH, Can It Be Real?
Witches, warlocks, spirits, elves, vampires, mermaids, mermen and monsters, superstitious creatures that often used to scare young children since time. They are considered myths that compose our customs and traditions. They are tools for teaching toddlers moral values with their scary backgrounds. They are the best antagonist characters in movies not to mention their high market value. But are these immortals only live in legends, fairy tales, or horror books? Or they are just preparing for the right time to unveil the true them?
Remember that gays, lesbians and transsexuals were not created before time but just sprouted in the middle of time. They passed the stage of being a myth (who would expect that a guy could look like a real girl) and brought themselves in reality in due time. Who would ever expect the transformation. Who would ever think that they can dominate the cutest guys and sexiest gals.
Like the thirdsex, superstitious creatures did not evolve from monkeys but, they were molded as legendary figures. They are passing the mythological stage, but; the chance of making them live or living with them in this physical world is still being observed. The time they wait or had been waiting is unpredictable, it maybe a thousand years ago, a year ago or a month ago; it can be yesterday or it can be now
TV Shows, movies and even news had opened its doors to these monsters. Mermaids dominate the TV screens every night while witches started to throw their spells every year. From the protagonist mythical creatures to the antagonist ones, From Harry Potters Flipendos and Patronuses to the vampires immortality and impalement skills, the movie industry raised its glory to the peak of success. Add Marina, Dugong and Pearly with the Charmed ones, TV ratings also proved its domination. Nobody refuses to watch these creatures even though they are all myths (as we believe). Are these unreasonable concepts try to imply something scary or real? Are these shows and movies the signs of an upcoming entrance?
Modern technologies, modern lifestyles and modern world forcefully erase the belief on imaginary creatures (if they are really imaginary) and focused in a scientific life, but why do we still make them move in movies and still terrified with their presence in horror films?
The face values of these characters are really low (except for Harry Potter and Marina) which is an effective way to put audience in a shock but the fact that we are still enjoying being scared of them and be controlled by them is a little bit on doubt. We say, we dont believe vampires and monsters but if we watch Van Helsing, it can drive us to close our eyes. These instances can conclude that we still believe them despite of living in the modern world. We believe not because we are scared but because we are frightened to put them in this real world.
Even news and reality shows were covered by monsters and witches lately. A TV show concentrates its concept with the scary creatures, unseen creatures and unwanted creatures. It gives real stories of unwanted appearances. This show stated that its main cause is scaring viewers but I deeply believe that its real cause is to prepare us to the new reality, the reality that these creatures are living with us in an unknown place. News program had also put a serious angle with aswang, vampires and cults, taking the risk of losing their credibility as a body of truth if proven false. The light that they put regarding these issues may have a connection with the presence of these creatures in our world nowadays.
The preparation for their entrance is getting started, from their backgrounds to their histories and natural habitats. The health risks and their defense mechanisms had already been discussed. The only thing we are about to do is to pray and to beg for guidance and forgiveness to our Creator and to tell Him to postpone or cancel these beasts VISA to our world.
