Dealing With Difficult Dogs - Articles SurfingPerhaps you remember the day you brought your cute little puppy home for the first time. It has always been a memorable day for all the dogs lovers who I came across so far. And when you brought him home you knew that the cute little pooch would make your life whole, even if he wasn't everything there is in your life. You enjoyed seeing him running on the lush green field with your kids, running hither and thither in funny ways. Did you ever thought that this cute baby might become a giant aggressive biter? Did you ever dream that he would make it his life's mission to attack kids, strangers and even you at any point of time? If this is an incident that has happened in your life just as in lives of the millions world wide, then this is the perfect place that you have stumbled upon. Dealing with the difficult dogs is an art and every single dog owner should master a little bit of this unique art. This is bound to come to a great help at any point of time, although there is no fit-for-all solution to handle difficult dogs. Don't abandon your pet Doubtlessly, there are some ideas that you must give up at the first place, even if you feel that you are trapped with an aggressive dog. Abandoning your pet whom you had brought with soul full of dreams is not a good idea. It is not an art anyway. Keep your beloved pooch with yourself till the last drop of his life and make him feel the warmth of your presence and love. If your dog has turned too aggressive and has gone out of control then you are always free to contact ASPCA , seeking help as to what to do with the difficult dogs. Look at him with love ' don't stare Be Cool! Do not stare at your innocent dog's eyes, look at him with love and kindness. Try to read his mind and let him read yours. After all you have got your family, friends, clubs and your chess board, but he has none but you. Share your love Love wins all and difficult dogs are no of exception ' no question about it. Make him feel that you are for him forever. Gather a little bit of courage to go near him steadily with few pieces of delicious treats. Pat him -- love him lavishly. Slowly extend your hand to his belly and rub to make him comfortable. And in an abruptness you will find him lying down trying to lick your face. Don't get scared, because he wants to give you some million dollar kisses. Take him for a stroll Take him for a stroll in the park nearby and enjoy the morning mist together. Let him feel the essence of togetherness. Remember that in most cases the aggressiveness arises out of the feeling of insecurity. So you can be the best person to make him feel that he is secured. But never take such difficult dog out off leash. Ensure that he is healthy Make sure that your dog is in sound mental and physical health. Consult a professional canine behaviorist or any registered veterinary practitioner about the difficulties in him. You can also consult a canine expert or a professional dog trainer who had been handling difficult dogs for years. You may come up with some good solutions. However, the best solution to avoid such awful situation is resist them from the beginning. This requires some behavioral training during the puppy stage and proper upkeeping. Dogs in captivity easily turns to be nightmare. This difficult dog article may be freely reprinted or distributed in its entirety in any ezine, newsletter, blog or website.
