Four Questions From A Future Real Estate Agent - Articles Surfing1) What kind of education I need to start a career as real estate agent? The general belief is that high school is enough. Nobody needs to go to university to be a good realtor. But sales skills are indispensable for a success real estate agent, so my advice is to attend some courses in that ground. But the training you will get, won't teach you how to sell properties. You will learn just by doing, so be ready to learn all the time. 2) What is the medium starting income, and what is the medium income of an experienced agent? Because the income of estate agents are coming as a result of commissions, there is no general rule. Some real estate agents say that 90% of the commissions are earned by 10% of the involved people. The big secret is to sell a few $250 million dollar properties for $500 million. Will you be able to sell 200 houses a year, or about one every working day? Then you'll earn a million working hard. How about selling one $5,000,000 dollar house on the Bridle Path, perhaps Princes' house? Four times a year. Or an office tower once a year? 3) There is a certain kind of experience required before to enter the real estate field? The real situation is that performance in this job depends on the motivation and effort put in by every individual. In rest, anyone owning a car, a clean suit, and having pleasant manner and appearance can become an agent. 4) Can I work as a real estate agent part-time? Yes, you can. But the real truth is that this job is a special one. You should understand that too many agents are targeting a limited amount of dollars. If you want to do the best, you will never have an evening or weekend to yourself because you must be ready to meet your customers in a minute. This occupation fits better to someone who has no family or ever plans to have one.
