There is one action that we take towards others that irritates everyone. That action is sticking our noses where they do not belong. To explain it better this happens when we give unsolicited and unnecessary advice. It also happens when people try to find out about the others person's private life. Another form is by dropping a hint to the other person that states your awareness of their personal issue or simply of their private life. I am sure that many will disagree with me since they are accustomed to doing it all the time. But, this behavior is wrong unless, you are truly HELPING the other party. A good time to interfere in someone else's private life would be if you suspect the person has some type of addiction, psychological problems (danger in general). Other than that we must all learn to focus on our personal lives and not on others; If you are wondering why? It's because we all have feelings towards certain issues that we rather not express. Perhaps because their memories bring us pain or guilt and you know what, we all have a right to keep our private lives, you guessed it! PRIVATE. No one should have to deal with disclosing intimate information that they do not want to share.

So, if you think that it is okay to butt in on to other people's lives, you are wrong! Everyone has issues that they rather not talk about. So, put yourself on the other person's shoes and imagine someone else intruding on your personal matter. How would that make you feel? Will you get angry at the other person? Is it possible for you to hold a grudge against that party? I am sure it would make you feel bad and it could even lead to resenting him/her for invading your personal space.

The bottom line is implement the famous quote 'treat others the way you want to be treated.' We all like to maintain our private matters as they are. So, respect others people will unless, you intend to damage your personal relationship with them.

Remember respect is the foundation of our relationships with others.
