Dining out in luxury hotels in Mauritius is a rare tantalising treat for the taste buds. One of the real benefits of staying at a luxury hotel in Mauritius is the fantastic cuisine which combined with award winning service from dedicated staff, will ensure you have the perfect holiday.

The Royal Palm Beachcomber Hotel offers food on a half-board a la carte basis giving you the freedom to experience some of the islands most delicious cuisine. The head chef Michel de Matteis has worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants in France and is winner of numerous awards. The hotels main restaurant La Goelette serves breakfast, gourmet Creole and international food from panoramic views across the bay. For light snacks in an informal setting Le Bar Plage and Natureaty restaurant offer an alternative option for meal times. Dinarobin Hotel Golf & Spa resort also has a choice of three restaurants, and access to a further four located at Paradis Hotel along the beach. The meal plan at Dinarobin takes care of breakfast and includes an evening meal which is either a buffet or table d'hote in selected restaurants. If you wish to dine at Paradis there are golf carts available to ferry you between the two resorts.

Paradis also offers a meal plan at all of its four restaurants Le Brabant, La Palma, Blue Marlin and La Ravanne. The main restaurant Le Brabant offers buffet style dining, La Palma a la carte Italian, whilst Blue Marlin speciality is seafood and La Ravanne gives you a unique opportunity to experience Creole dishes dining directly under the stars.

With four restaurants and two bars the Shandrani Resort & Spa offer a fully all inclusive holiday option and is ideal for travelers on a budget. Across the four restaurants there is a broad spectrum of gastronomic influences including Creole, light tropical a la carte treats, Mediterranean, Seafood specialities, and Oriental cuisine, where you can watch your food being cooked from fresh, as well a selection of snacks at the two bars. The main restaurant at Trou Aux Biches hotel serves buffet style international cuisine whilst the other two restaurants offer pool site and beach side dining.

Le Victoria offers dining at 3 superb restaurants including 'fish market' dining at the beach restaurant of L'Horizon. The hotel restaurant open six days a week serves a speciality of fresh fish and seafood and has a weekly 'fish market'. La Casa restaurant is perfect for romancing a loved one and is a delightful setting for an evening meal.

Le Canonnier has two restaurants and a great bar which serves snacks throughout the day. Guests at the hotel may also get the chance to interdine in the restaurants at Le Mauricia hotel in Mauritius. The elegant restaurant Le Navigateur is house in an old colonial building and is a charming place to enjoy lunch or dinner with views out to the sea.

Likewise guests at Le Mauricia have the option to interdine in restaurants at Le Canonnier. The meal plan here includes breakfast and your evening meal. Le Nautic, one of the hotels restaurants makes a great location for dining with a view and is positioned both close to the pool and beach.
