If you will increase your water amount this will cause the body to get rid of the toxins even faster.

You can get the protein you need from other sources instead of eating loads of red meats. Get the caffeine, sugar, alcohol, refined food, and artificial junk out of your diet. You will not only have detuned your body nut you will be able to keep it that way.
