Different Types of Treatments There are different types of remedies on the market now and you can try a couple different methods to see what fits your needs. There are nasal dilators that are inserted into the nose and keep the nasal passages open while you sleep and some times will be what you need to stop snoring. There are nasal sprays that are designed to keep the nasal passages moist and can help with the vibrations and sounds of snoring and can help some people. There are nasal strips that are made to be put over the bridge of the nose and will hold the external portion of the nasal open to allow for better breathing.
