Blueberries have recently received quite a bit of attention regarding their ability to fight cancer. This is only a short sampling of those foods that contain healthy levels of natural antioxidants. Be your own advocate and learn about all the foods that will have the most positive impact on your health and get down to integrating them into your daily life. Learning new recipes and experimenting with different ways to prepare these important foods will help you adopt new habits. And if all those fruits and vegetables are difficult to get down, reward yourself with some red wine and dark chocolate * both of which deliver a significant amount of natural antioxidants!
